PhD Essay
From 2020 - 2022, I worked alongside an English Literature PhD student (now graduate), to provide in-depth copy editing to their thesis.My main focus when given the drafts was to fix grammar (predominantly comma splices), fixing mistypes for readability, and suggest changes or flag up areas where more details were necessary.The link to the text is the button below.

I have been editing essays of different varieties since 2018, starting with essays from my college friends and expanding to university level writing.My focus is to make sure the writer is following their brief/subject, making sure their essays are readable and on topic. For simple checks, I make sure grammar and spellings are accurate, double checking if specialist vocabulary is written in a consistent manner.More details can be given upon request.
